The plagiarist David Boyer seems to use the same tactics over and over again.
To avoid recognition of personal guilt, he blames his victims. He talks down to them. He talks to them like they are children. He tries to imply that bad things will happen to them if they don't do things his way. Read the key phrases below that I've captured from his correspondence with writers and see if you agree.

In this email David Boyer says that he is not selling Rick's story "Electrocuting The Clowns on Lulu, but the screen shot shows one of nine anthologies that Boyer was still selling on Lulu.com.
I am pleased to report that as of 5 PM EST yesterday all of the anthologies have been removed from Lulu.com. Mind you, they were still up for sale yesterday morning when David Boyer (Doc Byron) said he never sold stolen stories at Lulu.com.
The truth will be posted here about David Boyer The Plagiarist of Vincennes, Indiana.
I will be providing screen shots that you can look at for yourself and make your own conclusions.
Please see my following posts because every day or so I will be putting up screen shots until everything I have is posted for you to see.
My motivation is truth and to provide information for people who may be hurt by Boyer in the future. After all, I would not have discover the truth without those posting about their previous interactions with this man.
